Matchbox Yesteryear Y-4 Sentinel Steam Wagon in blue and with 'Sand & Gravel Supplies' decals to each side and the front and rear. 

First issued in 1956, this superb example is in mint condition, 10/10.  A beautiful model.

The box is original, complete and  quite creased and age worn, with a number of small marks and scratches to the card. Still quite a fair example, 6/10. See the pics.
