Dinky 622 10-Ton Army Truck in olive green with emblem decals to the front and rear.

First issued in 1954, this superb model is in very near mint condition, with just a few chips to the front wings, on the sides. A lovely example, would be hard to find a better one! For the best idea see the pics.
