Dinky 23a Racing Car in silver and red, with red hubs and '4' transfer to each side, and with rubber tyres.

This version was issued between 1946-1948. Very near to 99% mint condition, with just a couple of tiny chips to the paint and a little age wear to the tyres. For the best idea see the pictures.
