Dinky 23E Speed of the Wind in silver with tan driver figure and red hubs and detailing.

This version was first released between 1949-1953 and is in very near to 99% mint condition. There are a couple of tiny chips and marks to the paint. A really superb example! For the best idea see the pictures.
